Update  February 23, 2021

We recently met to discuss current local standings related to the COVID-19 pandemic and how this should/could affect our congregation moving forward. We work with our local and regional health departments and area medical facilities to obtain the most up to date information. The diagnosed and reported local cases continue to decrease. While this is promising, we also want to ensure we continue to take every precaution to keep our community safe. While, you will receive a post card in the mail with up to date worship information, here is a synopsis of what we have decided at this time, all subject to change depending on data of course.

Palm Sunday: 8:30 and 9:30 communion services; we will plan on having a 10:30 outdoor Palm Sunday worship celebration, including communion. Stay tuned for details!

Holy week: we plan on having available set hours for solitary prayer time in the sanctuary, if interested. Stay tuned for further details. Maundy Thursday and Good Friday services will be available on the website, as pre-recorded

Easter: At this time we plan on having an indoor service at 8:30 am in the sanctuary, with maximum of 50 people. Overflow could be in the gathering space, again with a maximum of 50 people. This would be based on call ahead, first come first served basis. We plan on having an outdoor worship at 10:30 with communion with no maximum attendance and no need to call ahead.

After Easter, in April, we do also plan on moving back to a more “normal” worship schedule in a phased approach. We will begin with in person service in the sanctuary on first and third Sundays and following Wednesdays, while having communion only services on the 2nd and 4th Sundays and following Wed (5th will be communion service).

We appreciate your patience and understanding as we attempt movement back to normal in a phased approach. We know change can be confusing and frustrating. We welcome any questions you have.

  • Weekly Sunday services will continue to be recorded and posted on the web site.

  • Communion-only services (by sign-up) will continue to be offered on Sunday mornings (@ 8:30am, 9:30am, and 10:30am) and Wednesday evenings (@ 5:00pm, 6:00pm and 7:00pm).

**Standard COVID safety practices are observed (masks and physical distancing)
